Eight years in property. Focus: land.
I started in 2018, and for the first years I sold houses, factories and shoplots — a bit of everything, deal by deal. Over time, more and more landowners began placing their land with me, and land happens to be the asset I like most. So I shifted my weight to it — going deep on Kerian (Bagan Serai / Parit Buntar) first.
Having sold homes, factories and shoplots pays off in land: I don't just see what a parcel is today — I see what it could carry tomorrow. I've worked all three buyer logics first-hand.
