Privacy Notice
This page explains how I handle what you leave on kerianland.com. It's short because very little is collected. Issued under Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (Akta Perlindungan Data Peribadi 2010 / PDPA).

What is collected
- What you type in: your name, contact number, and the "keen to know" option you pick in the form.
- What you send: the content and number of any WhatsApp or phone contact you make.
- Site analytics: this site runs the Meta Pixel to measure ad performance (page views, WhatsApp / call clicks). That is browsing data — it does not contain your name or number.
I do not collect IC numbers, bank details or payment information. Nowhere on this site will you be asked for them.
What it is used for
- Replying to your land enquiry, arranging a viewing, and providing parcel and title details.
- Following up on that same enquiry until you tell me to stop.
- Measuring ad performance, to judge which channels are worth continuing.
Your name and number will not be sold, rented or transferred to third parties; not used for marketing unrelated to this enquiry; and not added to any bulk mailing list.
Who sees it
- Me (Jason Chua · REN 29109) and the colleague who helps with follow-up.
- If you contact me on WhatsApp, that conversation is also governed by WhatsApp's (Meta's) own privacy policy.
- If a deal reaches the stage of needing a lawyer or bank, only with your agreement and only what is necessary.
How long, and how to delete it
Data is kept until two years after the enquiry ends, for necessary follow-up, then deleted.
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data at any time, or ask me to stop contacting you — just say so on WhatsApp or call 010-341 9927. No reason needed; I'll action it within a reasonable time.
